: Worldwide Holdings Corp. (WWDH) is currently a shell corporation. WWDH was organized and domiciled as a Delaware corporation in 1988 under the name of Jutland Enterprises, Inc. Its domicile was changed to Wyoming in August 2022 and is now called Worldwide Holdings Corp.
Early 2021 WWDH entered into negotiations to acquire two sister corporations, LED Lites and Sans Air. However, upon closing the negotiations they had no viable assets or operations. The negotiations were terminated in November 2021. All matters dealing with the terminated negotiations were resolved in July 2022.
The Company is looking for a viable acquisition as of November 2022. It is looking for an acquisition with a company that has a history of financial success with viable assets and that anticipates financial success in the future as well.
